Our apartment – 2016 NSFW

It's been not only a long time since I've posted here, but it has been a long time since I shared photos of my place. The last time you guys saw where I lived I was still living at home with my parents. It was back in 2012, so easily 4 years ago you saw my collection. Now you can see not only has my… [more]

[Alter] – Melty Review

So since I've moved into my new apartment I still hadn't set up my photography studio. Seems work has me busier than I thought I would ever be, however I took some time this past weekend to set up my studio so I could take some photos of my latest purchase, Alter's 1/8th Melty from Shining Hearts. Now… [more]

Pre-ordered this figure the moment she was released for pre-order. I needed for for multiple reasons, she's sexy/half naked, plus while she's not Sora she reminds me of Sora from Yosuga no Sora! But she's Yuki from Maid Yome and she's pretty amazing. The only issue is her adorable mouth really looks… [more]

Nendoroid Storage Container

I recently went on a trip to a magical place, The Container Store. Ok it's not really magical, but I happen to have discovered a love for organizing my home. I tend to prefer Ikea and Daiso but we went to The Container Store on a whim and I discovered this lovely storage container! I've been needing… [more]

Water pressure, Oh how I miss thee!

I love being in mexico, it’s freaking sweet! The food is amazing, the people are so fun, hanging with family has been an utter blast! My flight was super awesome here unlike the last time I had a terirble flight. You honestly get what you pay for since my last flight was terrible and cost only about $33 and this flight was awesome yet cost me around $270, ouch!

So what’s my only compaint? No water pressure when showering and how you can’t put the toilet paper in the toilet. You have to put the paper in the trash can, which is seriously gross since when you go #2 it’s a pain to have to put the paper in the trash can and make sure no one can see it! Seriously gross! But that and then once you jump into the shower the water comes trickiling down and takes forever to get all showered and done! I’m not saying I want a fire hose blasting down on me but when it barely trickles out it’s hard to wash yourself let alone get shampoo and conditioner out of your hair! Other than that I’m having quite a blast! Going tomorrow to the con since today my cousin had to work >_<. Oh and he got his rental car towed today too! I didn’t know but he had rented a car for this trip to take me everywhere since his car was in the shop, so sweet huh? But he had to go to work today and took the car but I guess he parked someplace he shouldn’t have and got it towed. The worst part was that he thought at first it was stolen so pretty much everyone was freaked out that the car got stolen until he called us a little later to tell us that it wasn’t stolen but insteal towed! It’ll cost him a pretty peso to get it out but at least it’s not stolen! Well until tomorrow when i come with my post for Day one at the con!

I´m happy you´re here in México, I´m sure you´re going to have fun tomorrow. From what state you´re family are? I´m not quite sure, but I think that I read something about they being from Merida?. Do you have a favorite mexican candy?

Bad water pressure is bad. I miss the showers in the dorms. Pressure was so strong you really could massage your back it was that strong.

I’ve never been to Mexico for more than a half day, and it was years ago so I can’t really recall any problems with bathrooms. That sucks the car got towed, but at least it wasn’t stolen.

I love high water pressure, my hair looks a lot better if I have high water pressure. Sigh…that’s the one thing I miss about home.

Toilet paper in the trash can? o.o Wow, that’s uhh… interesting. >.>

The water pressure thing does suck. Sometimes where I live, you’ll get low water pressure (it’s usually during the early afternoon), so I always take my showers at night when it’s at full blast. <3

Glad you’re having fun, though, other than that!

  10. Karen says:

I just went to Mexico, and I thought the toilette paper rule was only in my area o__O That sucks though I had good water pressure…until we wasted all of the hot water 😛 At least you still had a good flight?!

  11. Dancing Queen says:

yeah it’s seriously gross when your used to not doing it, but i guess when you live your entire life doing it it’s perfectly normal

yeah we have to turn on the boiler first let it run for 30 minutes then you can take a quick shower with lukewarm water, if you take too long it’ll turn freezing and quick!

  12. Shido says:

    Glad your enjoying your trip!

actually i’m still in mexico write now, it’s monday and i’m leaving tomorrow, tuesday… just been using my aunt’s computer for the time being

something ab9ut the pipes aren’t designed to handel paper going through them and are too small, so you have to throw it away or you’ll end up clogging the drain really badly

  16. phossil says:

I think Im used to the water pressure and toilet paper in trash, but i think five stars hotels are different.

  17. Dan says:

Ahh I know what you mean.
I live over there in Mexico, but thank god I’ve always had a water pump.

I was dumbfounded when a guest asked once “Is it ok to throw the paper towels in the toilet?” I was like “Wha?” and then my mom explained many houses don’t have water pressure and toilets get clogged with paper.

But it is torture to try to shower in a shower like that.
