It's been not only a long time since I've posted here, but it has been a long time since I shared photos of my place. The last time you guys saw where I lived I was still living at home with my parents. It was back in 2012, so easily 4 years ago you saw my collection. Now you can see not only has my… [more]
So since I've moved into my new apartment I still hadn't set up my photography studio. Seems work has me busier than I thought I would ever be, however I took some time this past weekend to set up my studio so I could take some photos of my latest purchase, Alter's 1/8th Melty from Shining Hearts. Now… [more]
Pre-ordered this figure the moment she was released for pre-order. I needed for for multiple reasons, she's sexy/half naked, plus while she's not Sora she reminds me of Sora from Yosuga no Sora! But she's Yuki from Maid Yome and she's pretty amazing. The only issue is her adorable mouth really looks… [more]
I recently went on a trip to a magical place, The Container Store. Ok it's not really magical, but I happen to have discovered a love for organizing my home. I tend to prefer Ikea and Daiso but we went to The Container Store on a whim and I discovered this lovely storage container! I've been needing… [more]

It’ll be interesting to see what Danny has in store. Will everyone get a free iPad ala Oprah? =P
not sure about the ipad but that would be really awesome!
You’ve got a whole show now? I remember when it was just an hour. I think the progression goes Hour –> Show –> Series.
hahaha maybe eventually, but we changed it to show since last time it was “hour” but it was less than an hour so this way just in case it isn’t an hour we’re covered
You BETTER have prizes, i dont see why i would endure this torture for free.
torture? aww that makes me sad 🙁
Ahh, never mind that. I’m certain that there are more than just me who wish we lived near enough to make it. I’m sure it’ll be an awesome event and please do keep us outliers in the loop as to how everything goes.
oh man, really wish I could go!
sucks, just gonna have to make plans to come out for next year!
Ahhh, I want to come but the One Piece gathering is at noon 🙁 Maybe I’ll sneak in for the second half of the show. No matter what tho I won’t have time to switch back into my Shugo Chara outfit, it would have been fun to enter that into your contest (I’m going as Platinum Royale, soooooo many ruffles >.<)
Oh that would be an amazing cosplay!
sounds like it’s going to be a blast!

Oh, yay! Wanted to make this last year but it was waaaaaaaay too early! e.e Looking forward to seeing you in person! (And 50+ figs? Dang, need to take some notes and learn from you, lol)
the show was amazong!!!!!!!!!!! it was toatlly cool to finally meet u!!!!!!!
Hmm, not sure why my previous comment didn’t take..
Enjoyed the show, bummer it was outside in the crazy sun. Pleasure meeting you and Danny behind the stage beforehand! (I was wearing a shirt with bunny girls from different series on it.)
Some notes regarding the raffle:
1. I didn’t realize the ticket was in the HLJ bag until I rooted thru it. Not sure if an announce was made, but it may’ve been helpful.
2. Since it was an open area, people came and went as they pleased, so it made the ticketing seem to be ineffective. If you could get a room next time it might make it easier to police which tickets are still in the running by having a door monitor re-collect them from those who are leaving. You could even just tape the tickets to the bottom of the chairs or something so you’ll know the tickets haven’t left the room (I’ve seen that done at Disney’s D23 Expo and other events). Of course, the trade-off is that empty chairs can potentially pose a problem, but if the room is appropriately sized, it shouldn’t be.
3. Tossing stuff into the audience is fun and all, but I witnessed one instance where two guys in front of me grabbed a box and it very nearly came down to blows b/c neither one was willing to let go. People were also shoving each other and yanking stuff out of other people’s hands — great if you want to foster the Darwinian notion of survival of the fittest, but younger folks and chibi-sized people like me are automatically put at a disadvantage. Plus, I really don’t think any figure is worth an elbow to the face. DX
Other than that, it was a fun show, and I look forward to the next one! XD
