My mom tried to burn down the house

So it seems my mom tried to burn the house down. Ok more like our toaster is broken and you have to prop things up against the on button for it to work, but it seems that once the phone rang she completely forgot about her English Muffin. The toaster as you can now see if pretty much destroyed so now we must go get a new one that works so that we don’t burn the house down the next time we decide to cook.

This is the charred remains of the English Muffin that was trying to kill us all. It was so weird to see that just because of this small piece of bread our house is now filled with smoke and the smoke detectors were going crazy within the entire house. At least something that was nice is that as soon as one alarm turns on all the others turn on, which is good since I’m in a pretty big house and if something is burning downstairs I’ll know about it downstairs! Well obviously we’re all safe but for now seems like we’re eating out for lunch.

Don’t scare me like that! I thought “her safety”, then “her ultra-flammable bedroom!”

Oh, my! Well, at least that evil English muffin got what he deserved >:( That thing is pretty burned though, looks like a lump of coal.

Good thing the fire alarms worked!

Oh my! Good job to fire alarms! If you hadn’t said it used to be an English Muffin, I probably would not have guessed!
I had a recent near fire experience myself this week when an electrical cord decided to go faulty. There were sparks and my sockets protctor melted. It smelled terrible, but at least once I pulled out the plug and never put it back in, all was well!

Wow. I thought it was bad when my microwave started mysteriously turning on and off. That is one seriously burnt muffin
