Today was the day of the panel and boy was I super excited and really nervous all at the same time. I ended up getting to the con at 2 when the panel started at 4pm. I had gotten just in time for my friend’s steampunk meeting and got some awesome pictures of some of the awesome cosplayers who were still there.

Got to Anime La today and I was so excited when I left the house. I made sure I had everything on me, my video camera, my clothes, my shoes, my laptop, and my prizes that I’ll be giving away at my panel tomorrow at 4pm in LP2! But I was late for work so after I packed what I thought was everything I left for work, then from there went straight to pick up Benu at his house and then on my way to Anime La. But once I got there I went to check my car to get my camera and realize, OH NOES I FORGOT MY CAMERA! I was so excited to get to a con and have a press badge for the first time, take amazing pictures and I forget the most important part! Now I’m spending the night at the Marriott but at my brother’s place 30 minutes away since this panel was last minute and a hotel by then was super expensive. So now I get to go drive all the way home to pick up my camera. >_< Good thing is that today once we got to my brother’s place we went to Book Off in Costa mesa and I got 7 manga for only $26. so then today when I get home I’m going to raid my manga collection and prune off some of the terrible books I’ve gotten in the past and maybe trade them in for more awesome used (but in amazing condition) manga. Now to drive home and get my camera, so expect some awesome pictures of the rest of the con.

When it comes to anime there are some series that stick with you, there are some that you liked but never really just cross your mind again, and there are gateway series. When I was younger and just started watching anime a series that I had seen in the early years was Maburaho.
The only bad thing about Kid Nemo can be how figures come long after everyone gets their hands on them. I had ordered Miku here through Kid Nemo and just finally got her, but at the same time i’m just so glad i got her! She’s everything i hoped for and more.
The lovely Hanako Sakae gets a Holiday Upgrade! I got my wonderful Artist, Malcontent Content, a Tablet for her Christmas/Birthday present, and as a thank you she drew me this lovely Hanako Santa outfit! It’s only a week away till x-mas are you excited? Do you celebrate Christmas? My family and i don’t celebrate it for the religious reasons but more of a time to get together near the end of the year and show our appreciation for each other with presents. We do the whole decorating the house and Christmas tree, but no baby Jesus and all that. At least that’s just my immediate family, My parents, my brother and myself. My Grandmother and the rest of the family on my mothers side is catholic so they do the morning mass and such, but i was raised to always question everything and to have an open mind to any and all religions. So is your family going to do anything these holidays? Expecting any awesome presents? I won’t get much since i already got my present early this year.But i am getting some awesome birthday presnts from my bf Jenag and buddy Benu. While i’ll post about later! well for now have a merry early x-mas qnd happy holidays!

The same day i did the Small wonders review, i had actually planned instead to go to the beach. The plan was to go to the beach early in the morning and take pictures, but the day was super cloudy and it seemed impossible. But we ended up going back to my brother’s apartment and sleeping for a good couple of hours, from a food coma. Then right when we woke up it was about 45 minutes away from sunset and the clouds cleared up just enough to leave a beautiful sunset and the perfect setting for this shoot!
252 months = 21 years, wait that makes me old now? I think so! So today is my birthday! Gonna spend it traveling back home, I’m still in Mexico but my flight leaves today, sad to go since i had so much fun. Got to celebrate it in my cousin’s new bar that he and some friends just opened, was pretty darn awesome! Got an awesome little mermaid cake that I’ll put in a separate post later, was soo yummy! But as i said i’m sad to leave, but got to go home sometime!

I knew this day would come, the that someone would release a figure of Yoko that stunned me so much that I wouldn’t order her. I had made myself a vow to own every possible Yoko figure made, and it seems that this Yoko may make me break that vow.
